At Meowyow, every order is more than just a purchase. It’s a step toward making your furry friend’s life comfier and happier. We understand that sometimes, things just don’t work out. Maybe your cat prefers the box over the bed, or your dog isn’t impressed with a new toy. No worries, our return process is simple and stress-free.

Return Window & Conditions:

• You can request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, clean, and undamaged.
• Products showing signs of wear, pet hair, odors, or damage will not be eligible.
• Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

How to Return:

• Email us at business@meowyow.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We’ll send you the return address and instructions.
• Pack your item securely and ship it using a trackable service.

Refund Process:

• Once the return arrives and passes inspection, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the product was faulty).
