Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded electronically between Meowyow (“Seller”) operating at www.meowyow.com and the person (“Buyer”) who purchases product(s) via www.meowyow.com, in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

1. Parties

• Buyer: Information provided at the time of order.

2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) whose features and sales price are specified on the order page and confirmation email.

3. Product Information
Type, model, quantity, color, sales price and delivery details of the product(s) are displayed on the product page and order summary.

4. Delivery and Shipping
The product(s) will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the Buyer after the payment is confirmed and the order is approved. Average delivery time is 7-10 business days.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The Buyer may withdraw from this Agreement without giving any reason within 14 days from the delivery of the product(s). The product must be unused, undamaged and returned with its invoice and original packaging. Return shipping costs will be covered by Seller/Buyer

6. Refunds
Upon receipt of the returned product(s), the refund will be issued via the original payment method within the legal period.

7. Dispute Resolution
In case of dispute, the Buyer may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts.
