You may return any unused item within 14 days of receiving your order.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, clean, and in its original packaging

  • You must contact us before sending anything back

💸 Who Covers Shipping?

  • If the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective — we cover the return cost.

  • If you're returning for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind), return shipping is your responsibility.

🧾 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • We’ll notify you via email once your return is processed.

❗ Important Notes

  • For hygienic reasons, used pet beds cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • Refunds are not issued for items returned without prior contact.

  • If your product arrives damaged, take photos and email us immediately.
